about Suzanne Moen
Having set up and run a secretarial bureau, Suzanne joined the Civil Service in 1999. Her early experience included stints in Welfare & Pensions departments, whereupon she joined the Local Government Corporate Equalities Team in 2003; she specialised in human rights and race equality issues concerning the emergent ethnic minority business community.
Through her experience as a Community Development Officer for Northamptonshire, she became acutely aware of the magnitude of the need: Specialist advice required to access government resources set aside to develop and strengthen the BME business community.
This passion to improve the development outcomes in the BME has led Suzanne to open her own social benefit organization, No Nonsense Mentoring, as the vehicle to take her expertise directly to the diverse diasporas that constitute the BME community.
Suzanne christened her approach as No Nonsense to identify the base pre-requisite where she guides her clients through the bureaucratic maze that has taken root around governmental development provision.
So come on, your mentor needs you!
